Alfred Quijano is an associate with Ciardelli, Cummings and Campagna LLC.

Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with a national law firm representing public sector clients, including the State of Illinois and City of Chicago. He was appointed as a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel and a Special Assistant Attorney General. In 2007, he was appointed as an Administrative Law Judge for the City of Chicago. As an ALJ, he hears cases involving violations of the municipal code before the Department of Administrative Hearings, Department of Aviation, and the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection.

Alfred’s practice focuses on personal injury, commercial and residential real estate transactions, worker’s compensation, zoning, and business licensing.

  • He has closed on hundreds of residential real estate closings and represented commercial clients before the City of Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals and Zoning Committee.
  • He represented a medical supply company in the acquisition of a 7,000-square-foot industrial building in the Kinzie Corridor – Planned Manufacturing District in Chicago with financing provided by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
  • He assisted partner Marc Campagna in a negligent hiring and supervision case involving a nightclub security guard, securing an almost half-a-million-dollar settlement shortly before trial.
  • He recently tried a personal injury case and achieved an award over 30% higher than the insurance company’s final offer.
